We work with manufacturing and industrial facilities to provide reliable equipment and responsive service.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our service team in Markham.This position will be responsible for coordinating service technicians, scheduling customer calls, managing work orders, and helping keep our service department running efficiently.The ideal candidate will have experience in service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or working with field technicians. Experience in HVAC, mechanical, industrial, electrical, or construction service is an asset.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate service techniciansManage daily technician schedules and routingCoordinate emergency service calls and preventative maintenanceAnswer and manage incoming service calls, emails, and customer requestsCreate and manage work orders from start to completionPrepare and follow up on service quotes and customer approvalsCommunicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updatesCommunicate with technicians regarding jobs, priorities, parts,



and customer requirementsReview technician recommendations and arrange required partsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and materialsTrack open jobs and keep service records up to dateMaintain accurate customer and equipment information in our CRM/ERP systemFollow up on outstanding jobs and approvalsAssist the Service Operations Manager and service team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasksRequirements2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or a similar roleExperience coordinating field technicians is preferredExperience in HVAC, mechanical, industrial, electrical, construction, or equipment service is an assetStrong organizational and multitasking skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize urgent service callsStrong attention to detailComfortable working in a rapid-paced environmentExperience with CRM, ERP, service management softwareBase Salary: $58,240 – $66,560 per yearAdditional Compensation: $15,000 – $20,000 per year, based on experience and performanceTotal Compensation Opportunity: $73,240 – $86,560 per yearBenefits include:End-of-year performance bonusMatching Group RRSPHealth Spending AccountPaid wellness daysMonthly team lunchesCompany team eventsOpportunities for growth and advancement
