This permanent, full time position requires leadership in complex, capital healthcare projects, managing the integration of furniture, fixtures, and equipment essential for the new Surgical Tower. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure effective communication while managing schedules, budgets, and procurement efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-stakeholder engagements and project planning
• Coordinate equipment procurement in accordance with policies
• Document project processes, budgets, and reports




• Track project deliverables, risks, and timelines
• Liaise between UHN stakeholders and consultant teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant planning or engineering field required
• 7+ years of hands-on FFE experience required
• PMP certification valued but not mandatory
• Experience in healthcare or institutional settings an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
