The focus will be on a deal processing from all provinces across Canada as well as general accounting duties as required.What drives your day-to-day?Assist Controller in the full-cycle accounting functions across 2 entitiesDeal postings (Wholesale and Retail)Bank reconciliations and associated postings requiredPrepare and process journal entries and adjustments to ensure proper recording of all business transactionsWork closely with dealership team members to address any issues such as daily deposits, accounts payable, and any other day to day accounting issuesA/P and A/R dutiesStocking in of inventory into systemProcessing cheques and EFT/Wire paymentsCommunicate with vendorsVarious monthly remittancesMaintaining monthly schedulesGST/PST RemittancesAssist Controller in financial statement preparation and reportingAssist Controller with audit requestsOther duties as requiredWhat Are The Must-haves...This position requires an individual who has strong and reliable time management skills along with effective organizational and team abilities.
