ETC is a global leader in lighting, rigging, and power control solutions and is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a talented, multi-site engineering team. This role provides strategic leadership for the manufacturing engineering function by developing talent, strengthening cross‐functional partnerships, and advancing initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.The ideal candidate combines a strong engineering foundation with proven people leadership experience and a track record of driving operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to develop teams, influence across functions, and balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.Based in our Middleton and Mazomanie facilities, this position oversees four engineering leaders and provides indirect leadership to approximately 40 members of the manufacturing engineering team.
