Our centre has two classrooms and serves up to 42 children from approximately three years of age to school age.We are looking for an experienced, caring and organized Daycare Centre Manager who enjoys both leading a team and working directly with children. This hands-on management position combines classroom involvement with responsibility for the centre's daily operations.About The RoleThe Centre Manager will oversee the centre's day-to-day operations while working collaboratively with educators, children and families. The successful candidate will regularly participate in the classrooms and may be counted in the staff-to-child ratio when required.Scheduled administrative time will be provided for staffing, enrolment, licensing documentation, parent communication and other operational responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the centre's daily operations and maintain compliance with the BC Child Care Licensing RegulationWork directly with children and provide classroom and ratio coverage when requiredPrepare staff schedules and coordinate coverage for absences and breaksLead,
