Job description:The Lead Carpenter directs their team while working cooperatively with other site staff and subtrades under the direction of the Site Supervisor and Project Manager.Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hourKey responsibilities would include but are not limited to:Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systemsFitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardwareMeasuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutesRepairing and renovating wooden structuresReading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketchesInside finishingLeading crew and delegating tasksCommunication with on-site tradesKey attributes of a lead carpenter:You are able to work independently and lead a teamYou have multiple years of field experience and also demonstrate problem solving, leadership, time management, customer service,
