The candidate will draw on her/his analysis of category performance, products and profitability to effectively manage the portfolio and product life cycles. and finance departments to develop business cases on the new launches.Be able to present recommendations to Senior ManagementWork with the Senior Brand Manager to recommend pricing, margins, distribution strategy, sales forecasts, discontinuations, exit strategy, etc.In collaboration with cross-functional teams, inform 360 plans to support launches and promotional executions, including displays, POP, media plan, PR, social media content, website, newsletters, etc.Collaborate in promotions and campaigns creation that are relevant to the brand and will help strengthen the core business.Bachelor's degree in communications and/or marketing or related fieldAt least five (5) years experience in marketing and communications, ideally in cosmetics or other related fields in the consumer goods industryStrong ability to analyze and synthesize data to provide clear direction for brand innovation and launches.Experience in market data analysis (e.G., Nielsen) and sales analysis toolsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to interpret financial data (P&L, pricing analysis, etc.)Knowledge of the Canadian cosmetics market, drugstore retailers and/or global trends (Strong asset).AND IF YOU AREPassionate about cosmetics and skin careCurious, daring, positive and collaborativeOrganized, autonomous and able to take initiativeAble to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesAgile and flexible.The task and responsibilities listed above are summaries and indicatives.DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION Groupe Marcelle wants to offer equal employment opportunities to all.
