Locations: We are currently seeking a Property Manager for 330 Titan Private and 45 Breeze Hill, Avenue North-HintonburgResponsibilities include:Provide excellent tenant Service. Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders to be actioned by the Facilities Team. Follow up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue. Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times.Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the propertyEnsure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy. Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence, and file notes.Co-ordinate production and ordering of signs, tenant identification, etc.Assist in the production of monthly chargesAssist in the preparation of transaction-related documentsObtain estimates/bids for general work at the propertyEnsure property is rented to the fullest capacity,



utilizing marketing strategies to secure prospective residentsContinually monitor and analyze the market conditions for rentalsDeal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfactionPrepare yearly budgets for CAM recoveriesEnsuring costs are accurate in the GL before reconciliation preparation for tenantsPrepare revenue projections for all commercial sites in preparation for budgetsEnsure all rents are collected and posted promptlyKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Completion of a post-secondary education in a related fieldA minimum of five (5) years of related experienceKnowledge of best practice related to Leases and service contractsIn-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.Experience dealing with the Landlord and Tenant BoardIn-depth property management knowledge including, but not limited to, building operations, customer service, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance.Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
