Your role focuses on optimizing inventory levels and fostering compliance with key production goals.In this critical position, you will collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure inventory meets production demands while minimizing costs. Responsibilities include effective vendor management, maintenance of essential documentation, and assisting in contractor compliance.



Your ability to proactively manage assets will directly contribute to the overall success of the team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and track inventory levels for production schedulesGenerate purchase orders and resolve invoicing discrepanciesMaintain up-to-date asset records within the CMMSDocument work orders and PM activities comprehensivelyAssist with safety compliance during contractor orientationRequirements:High school diploma or GED is required3-6 months of related experience or equivalent trainingProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesCapacity to maintain calm in challenging situationsChannel your maintenance management skills and attention to detail to drive operational efficiency in our engineering department.
