Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling our products lines as well as responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and promoting additional sales.Desired Skills & Experience:High School Diploma with 1-2 years customer service experienceBasic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programsAbility to solve problems as they ariseClean criminal recordBasic mathematical skillsStrong organizational skills, with attention to detailAbility to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respectExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environmentDuties and Responsibilities:Ability to work in a team sales environmentAssists customers in person, by email or on the telephoneMaintains a current price list and informs customer of unit prices, shipping date,
