We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help customers make informed purchasing decisions while supporting the day-to-day activity of our Vancouver team.

You’ll spend your time speaking with customers, understanding what they’re looking for, providing helpful product information, and supporting sales and promotional activity.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and takes pride in providing a professional customer experience.

A typical week could involve:

Speaking with customers and understanding their needs

Providing clear information about products, services, and promotions

Helping customers compare options and make purchasing decisions

Supporting sales activity and following up on customer enquiries

Processing transactions and maintaining accurate customer information

Assisting with promotional campaigns and in-store activities

Keeping product and promotional information organized and up to date

Monitoring customer feedback and responding to routine concerns

Working with colleagues to coordinate customer requirements

Supporting stock checks and communicating product availability

Helping maintain an organized and professional customer-facing environment





Monday to Friday The position is full-time and office-based in Vancouver. You’ll work closely with the wider team and gain practical experience across customer engagement, sales, promotions, and retail operations.

Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Employment: Full-time | Permanent

Location: Vancouver, BC

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, reception, cashiering, or another customer-facing role is useful.

You’ll need strong communication skills, a professional approach, confidence speaking with customers, and the ability to stay organized while managing different requests. Experience with point-of-sale systems, customer records, or sales processes is helpful.

Training will be provided on company systems, products, services, and processes.
