Style Encore Edmonton West is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward individual to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, trendy resale boutique specializing in gently used, high-quality women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories.

We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers, and brings creativity, confidence, and positive energy to the workplace.

This is more than just a retail position! You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your styling skills, create engaging social media content, and help our customers discover amazing fashion at incredible prices.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Stay up to date on current fashion trends, popular brands, and styles that are in demand.
- Assist customers with styling, outfit selections, and finding pieces they’ll love.
- Creatively style mannequins and merchandise clothing to create eye-catching displays.
- Assist with evaluating and purchasing gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories from customers.
- Photograph, describe, and upload merchandise to our online store.
- Process, package, and manage online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create engaging social media content, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Confidently appear on camera to showcase new arrivals, style outfits,



and promote store events.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve daily sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience is required, preferably in fashion or clothing retail.
- Solid customer service skills and excellent verbal communication.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
- Familiarity with popular clothing brands, designer labels, and brands that are in demand in the resale market.
- A creative eye for styling outfits, dressing mannequins, and visual merchandising.
- Social media savvy, with experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Comfortable and confident being photographed, filmed, and appearing in social media videos.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage online inventory and customer orders.
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, rapid-paced retail environment.





Availability Requirements – Please Read Before Applying Applicants MUST be available to work ALL shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed team member who can work a variety of shifts based on our store’s scheduling needs.
