Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive and organized product displays
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer needs
- Maintain excellent communication with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customer needs are met promptly

Requirements





- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and inventory tasks
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Friendly phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
