Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional customer service across our store. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing team performance, and maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages sales growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail management, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer experiences
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through training and coaching to meet sales goals and service standards
- Manage merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and inventory presentation
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in retail environments with strong team management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with POS systems, and cash handling
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail sales techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience in training & development programs to enhance team performance
- Customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
