We are seeking a dedicated , and skilled Roofing Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for his trade. This role involves performing various roofing tasks, assisting in labor-intensive projects, and ensuring quality workmanship. The Roofer/Laborer will work closely with Foreman/Management and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely. Wage will depend on experience. Bundle Pay is available for experienced shinglers only.

Expectations / Duties

- Help with install, repair, and maintaining roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and fastening materials.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of roofing materials to ensure timely project completion. (80 lbs)
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed to prevent leaks and ensure durability.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople in office to complete projects efficiently.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.

Requirements

- Previous experience in residential roofing (1+ years)
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in construction.
- Experience with heavy lifting tasks and physical labor is required.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying 80lbs.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Must be willing to work throughout Monday - Friday
- Willing to travel as we provide services throughout the whole province as needed. Travel can be up to a week at a time.
- Valid Fall Arrest Ticket is preferred. Training will be supplied to ideal candidate.
