We are looking for a dedicated, organized Cold Prep Cook who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment.

We’re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences where every plate tells a story. Our kitchen is built on teamwork, respect, and a shared love for fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the first slice of a tomato to the final garnish, we believe that care and precision at every stage make all the difference for our guests.

Cold Prep Cook Responsibilities

· Prepare and portion fresh ingredients for salads, appetizers, and cold menu items.

· Bake, create and plate desserts with high quality

· Assemble cold dishes with precision, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep station throughout service.





- Helps with dishes when needed

· Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.

· Monitor ingredient freshness, rotating stock and minimizing waste.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Cold Prep Cook Requirements: · Previous experience in a kitchen or prep role (cold prep experience is a plus).

· Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic kitchen equipment.

· A keen eye for detail and presentation.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

· Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

· A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
