Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate/Nutritionist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice on health and nutrition products, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their health and nutrition needs

Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits and usageAssist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor

Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts

Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales

Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during peak hours





Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments

Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and organizational skills

Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and nutritional information to provide expert guidance

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related customer service roles;

experience in merchandising or POS systems is a plus

Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are highly desirable

Knowledge of health, wellness, or nutritional products is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Ability to demonstrate products effectively and handle basic math for transactions

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation

Basic cash handling skills including cashiering experience

Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse clientele

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
