Midnapore Fabutan is looking for an upbeat, friendly, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate. If you enjoy connecting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and building confidence through product and service education, we'd love to meet you.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with guests, making sales, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable staying on their feet and actively engaging with clients throughout their shift. The ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and remain positive and professional during busy or high-stress periods is essential. You should enjoy a busy environment, be able to think on your feet, and be ready to jump between customer service, sales, cleaning, and other studio responsibilities as needed.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule; however, evening and weekend availability is required.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
- Educate guests on services, products, memberships, and promotions.
- Drive retail and membership sales through product recommendations.
- Clean and sanitize tanning rooms and maintain a clean, organized studio.
- Wash,



fold, and restock towels.
- Open and close the studio following company procedures.
- Process bookings, payments, and guest transactions accurately.
- Complete ongoing training and stay up to date on products and services.
- Support daily studio operations and assist with other duties as needed.
