Entrium supplies European-crafted entry doors, interior doors, patio doors and windows to homeowners across the Okanagan, including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton and Vernon. Our products are built for premium quality, full customization and Canadian climate conditions. We're growing in Penticton and looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

What you'll do

- Meet with homeowners, builders and contractors to understand their project needs
- ⁠Present Entrium's door and window collections and help clients choose the right styles, sizes and finishes
- ⁠Prepare quotes and follow up on leads from ads, the website and referrals
- ⁠Guide clients from first conversation to signed order
- ⁠Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- ⁠Keep lead and sales records up to date

What we're looking for
- Sales experience is a robust asset, especially in home improvement, construction, renovation or other high-ticket sales
- ⁠Confident,



friendly communicator who enjoys working with people face to face
- ⁠Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable with commission-based pay
- ⁠Organized, reliable, with strong follow-up habits
- ⁠Interest in home design, doors, windows or renovation is a plus
- Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge and confidently communicate its features, benefits, and value to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- ⁠Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
