Energetic Funds, a Scotiabank subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Sales Enablement to design and lead our onboarding and sales training programs. You will coordinate a multi‑department effort, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience for executives, wholesalers, and front‑line sales teams across Canada.

You will partner with Marketing, Compliance and IT, driving continuous improvements and leveraging Allego, Seismic and Salesforce to enhance content and program delivery.
