Orillia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and leadership of our New and Used Vehicle Sales Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team
- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
- Managing the sales floor and daily sales activities
- Working deals, structuring transactions, and assisting with negotiations
- Monitoring leads and ensuring consistent and timely follow-up
- Holding the team accountable to established sales processes
- Managing CRM activity, appointments, and sales opportunities
- Conducting regular coaching and performance discussions
- Working closely with the Business Office to maximize opportunities and provide a smooth customer experience
- Managing new and used vehicle inventory, aging, pricing, and merchandising
- Assisting with vehicle appraisals and used vehicle acquisition
- Monitoring departmental gross profit, volume, and overall performance
- Ensuring manufacturer programs, processes, and standards are followed




- Maintaining robust customer satisfaction and manufacturer CX results
- Recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals
- Working closely with the General Manager to achieve dealership objectives

What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced automotive leader who understands both the people and the numbers behind a successful Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous automotive dealership management experience
- A proven track record of success in automotive sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Strong desking and deal-structuring abilities
- Experience managing new and used vehicle operations
- Strong understanding of dealership gross profit and performance metrics
- Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
- Strong inventory management and vehicle appraisal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong focus on customer experience
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team
- A valid Ontario driver's licence

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or Stellantis experience is an asset, but not required.
