We're currently looking for an Agricultural Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our St. Marys team.This role is more than shipping and receiving. You'll play a key part in ensuring parts and equipment move efficiently through the dealership so our customers can stay productive when it matters most.SUMMARY OF POSITIONReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficientlyPrepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipmentsUnload shipments safely, including repetitive lifting of parts and materialsOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks as requiredMatch incoming products to purchase orders and shipping documentationVerify shipment accuracy and ensure all required paperwork is completeSort, organize, and distribute incoming parts and materials to the appropriate departmentsAssist with scheduling freight pickups and deliveries when requiredInvestigate and resolve discrepancies involving missing shipments, damaged goods, or incomplete documentationMaintain a clean, organized,



and safe shipping and receiving areaSupport inventory control and warehouse organization initiativesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREffective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.Working experience in Shipping and Receiving role preferred.Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting.Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Word, Excel, and email required.
