This role is primarily office-based (70–80%) with occasional travel to field sites to support emergency response activities. Due to the nature of the work, flexibility is required, including the ability to respond to incidents on short notice and work extended hours when necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between General Managers, technical experts, clients, and field teamsLead and support Emergency Responders and Environmental ConsultantsOversee and direct field operations and technical proceduresDevelop project scopes, assign tasks,



and manage project teamsCommunicate project updates clearly with clients and regulatory bodiesManage project budgets, timelines, and reportingEnsure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in fieldworkOversee invoicing, revenue tracking, and project documentationParticipate in a weekly on-call rotationQualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Biological Sciences, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in environmental site remediation and reclamationExperience working in safety-sensitive environmentsStrong project management and leadership experienceKnowledge of emergency response practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder communicationProfessional designation (or in progress) such as AIA, APEGA, or ASPB is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing budgets and forecasting project needs
