This position could be for our day operation or nights.This position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring crews are properly staffed, equipped, scheduled, and productive while maintaining Clintar's standards for quality, safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and practical experience operating and supervising landscaping and snow-removal equipment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operationsAssign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safetyMaintain facility organization,
