This role involves managing cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting users across our different office locations.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain network infrastructure across 7 offices using Cisco Meraki routers and switchesMonitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime across all sitesManage and support virtual machines hosted with Sherweb and AET SolutionsMaintain and support hybrid identity infrastructure (on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID)Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)Perform routine system maintenance, patching, backups, and upgradesProvide Tier 3 technical support for escalated end-user issuesManage user access, permissions, and security policies across systemsDocument systems, processes, and configurationsParticipate in IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, migrations,
