Your future starts here.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The Specialist Facility Management provides planning, financial oversight, and administrative leadership across key Facilities functions, including Project Management Office (PMO) support, Real Estate Planning, Lease-In Management, Utility Management, and National Vendor Management. The role ensures effective governance, financial accountability, process compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting capital projects, lease administration, vendor relationships, utility expenditures, and revenue‐generating real estate activities. The position acts as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders, external vendors, landlords, utility providers, and finance teams to support CPKC's strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement across Facilities operations.This position can be located in Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto or Montreal.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support the planning and execution of annual and multi-year capital and expense initiativesProvide project management support, including project tracking, cost monitoring, forecasting, and reportingPrepare governance documentation,
