You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view.What You'll Be DoingYou will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 4-6 degrees Celsius (Yes, that is 4 degrees above freezing)The main activity in this department is the picking of our customers' customized food orders and combining them together in a shipping container, sorted by our delivery drivers' routesMeeting budget and KPI targetsMaintaining First In First Out (FIFO)Ensuring Order Picking Schedule targets are being met or exceeded consistently, week after weekAll KPI's are being consistently met,



week after weekFlagging delays (as per the Order Picking Schedule targets each day)Coaching and training team members to be aligned with Order Picking Schedule and Accuracy targetsConducting record keeping, error checks and follow upsEnsuring overall organization of the department consistently throughout the dayEnsuring policies and procedures are being adhered to consistently throughout the dayWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high‐paced environment preferredPrevious experience in a leadership role is preferredAble to work in a high‐paced warehouse environment with strict deadlinesComfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees CelsiusAble to stand on your feet for 8 hour shiftsAbility to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
