Live-In Assistant Resident ManagerAbout the Role: Equiton is looking for an Assistant Resident Manager, who has both customer facing and maintenance experience. This is more than just a job, it's a lifestyle. You'll receive a fully subsidized apartment onsite as part of your compensation, so you can live where you work, be present for residents, and take pride in the community you help manage.Compensation:$23,000 annually plus $27,456 apartment benefit ($2288/month for a 2 bedroom apartment). ($50,456/yr total)Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant suites for new residentsRespond promptly and professionally to resident requests and concernsShow available suites to prospective tenants and support leasing effortsBook and coordinate contractors for maintenance and repairsConduct regular inspections of the property, including building systems and groundsAssist with minor repairs (e.G., plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC checks)Ensure life safety systems and fire regulations are adhered toProvide exceptional customer service and help foster a positive community environmentRemain available for evening and weekend on-call dutiesWhat You Bring:A robust work ethic, reliability, and a "do-it-yourself" mindsetExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and handle minor maintenance and repair tasksStrong cleaning standards and pride in creating a well-kept environmentComfort with technology (email, text,
