This role is critical to ensuring our clients and internal teams receive the right technology solutions—on time, on budget, and aligned with both technical and business requirements.You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for enterprise and commercial IT hardware, software licensing, and cloud subscriptions, working closely with engineering, sales, and vendor partners.This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, vendor management, cost optimization, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware & Software ProcurementProcure business and enterprise-grade computing equipment including:Laptops, desktops, workstationsServers, storage, and networking equipmentPeripherals and accessoriesManage procurement of software and licensing, including:Microsoft (M365, Azure, Windows, CALs)Security, backup, and infrastructure platformsOEM and third-party software subscriptionsEnsure all purchases align with client standards, SLAs, and internal architecture guidelinesVendor & Partner ManagementMaintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partnersNegotiate pricing, rebates, lead times, and supply chain constraintsTrack warranties, renewals, lifecycle status, and end-of-life (EOL/EOS)Work with authorized distributors and channel partners to maximize margin and availabilityQuoting,
