This role is responsible for identifying legal, operational, and reputational risks within contracts, agreements and policies while providing recommendations and guidance to support informed decision-making.Working collaboratively across departments, the Contract, Policy and Compliance Analyst reviews contracts, partnership agreements, tenant agreements and other organizational documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The full-time equivalent salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with a prorated salary range of $56,000 to $64,000 annually for the 0.80 FTE schedule. Compensation is based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, education, qualifications, and demonstrated skills, with the starting salary typically falling within the posted range.WHAT YOU'LL DOReview, analyze, and provide recommendations on contracts, agreements, and other legal documentationIdentify potential legal, financial, operational,
and reputational risks and bring concerns forward to the CFO and relevant stakeholdersProvide practical guidance and recommended revisions to contracts and agreementsSupport the development, review, and maintenance of organizational agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, membership agreements, partnership agreements, and tenant agreementsMaintain contract records and support contract lifecycle management processesMonitor contract renewal dates and identify opportunities for updates or improvementsConduct reviews of existing organizational policies to ensure consistency, clarity, compliance and operational effectivenessIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, contradictions or outdated content within policies and proceduresDraft policies, r ecommend revisions and c ollaborate to support policy development and implementationRespond to and support privacy-related requests and inquiriesReview organizational practices and documentation to support privacy complianceResearch and investigate privacy concerns, legislative requirements, and best practicesProvide recommendations to support organizational compliance and risk mitigationPartner with departments across the organization to support contract, policy, and privacy-related needsBuild effective working relationships while maintaining professionalism and confidentialityConduct detailed reviews of contracts, policies, and agreements to identify potential risks and areas requiring clarificatio nInvestigate concerns, analyze information,
and provide practical recommendations to support organizational decision-makingMonitor changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practices relevant to contracts and complianceQUALIFICATIONSDiploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred3-5 years of related experience in contract administration, policy development, legal support, privacy, or complianceWHAT YOU'LL BRINGAdditional education or training in privacy legislation, compliance, risk management, or contract administration is an assetExperience reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, policies, or other legal and organizational documentationExperience identifying risks, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns and providing recommendationsExperience supporting privacy requests and privacy compliance initiativesAbility to identify risks, inconsistencies, contradictions, and gaps within complex documentsIf you want to change lives, we want to hear from you.
