OverviewThe Category Manager Non-Food will be supporting the National Procurement Director with sourcing activities and category management. This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end sourcing processes and managing supplier maintenance. The successful candidate must be analytical, able to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Negotiate with suppliers with the goal to maximize cost savings, improve service levels, mitigate contractual risks, and create value for their category.What you will doNegotiate and manage all commercial agreements under your responsibilityEnsure rigorous follow-up of analyses completed by the department analyst and act accordingly with suppliersEnsure accurate tracking of price lists and rebate follow-up in collaboration with analyst and suppliersConduct thorough research to understand market trends, identify potential suppliers, and assess the competitive landscapeSupport strategic sourcing activities for products and services with a focus on projectsWrite and send RFPs to potential vendors and respect schedules and deadlinesBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with suppliersEnsure all contract details align with policies, objectives,
