Retail Sales Supervisor for Women's Accessories Boutique (Full-Time)

Location: Adore Alma Distillery District, Toronto

Adore Alma is a women's fashion accessories brand looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team in Toronto's Distillery District.

This semi outdoor container store is located in the heart of this historic, pedestrian-only arts and culture destination, where visitors from around the world come to explore and enjoy events like concerts, film festivals, and Christmas markets. It is a vibrant and unique place to work, and we would love to find the right person to be part of it.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and product organization skills, enjoys working with women’s accessories, is comfortable working in a semi-outdoor location, and has a good eye for visual presentation.

Working environment

This is a semi-outdoor container store. The space can be cold during the winter, so candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures and dressing warmly when needed.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers.

Main responsibilities





- Welcome customers and help them choose products
- Organize, arrange, and restock merchandise
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Keep the store clean, neat, and organized
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support and guide other sales staff when needed

Requirments

- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work diverse hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an open-air retail environment (exposed to weather).
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on store needs during peak season.
