Friendly Nail & Spa is seeking a full-time, permanent Nail Salon Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our beauty salon in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns

Qualifications

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Client focused
- Flexible, organized and reliable
- Good judgement and ability to work as a team player

Employment Details

- Permanent, full-time position
- 30 hours per week
- $35.00 per hour
- Day, evening and weekend shifts
- Work must be completed on site
- Free in office parking

Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
