We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Development Lead to lead the design and development of applications, extensions, and integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and hands-on development of solutions on SAP BTP.
- Design and build side-by-side extensions, applications, APIs, and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop solutions using SAP CAP, SAP HANA Cloud, SAPUI5/Fiori, JavaScript/Node.js and/or Java.
- Provide technical leadership, development standards, code reviews, and guidance to BTP developers.
- Partner with functional, architecture, integration, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP Clean Core and BTP architecture standards.

Requirements





- Strong hands-on SAP BTP development experience, including lead level expertise
- Experience with SAP CAP and BTP application/extension development.
- Strong SAPUI5/Fiori development experience.
- Experience with HANA Cloud, APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA integration and Clean Core principles.
- Experience leading technical/development teams and owning solution design through delivery.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration experience.
- BTP Extension Suite, Event Mesh, or Build experience.
- SAP BTP security, roles, authentication, and authorization experience.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation or cloud implementation programs.
