Seasonal Propane Bulk Truck Driver

Northwood Propane Limited is looking for a reliable and experienced Seasonal Propane Bulk Truck Driver to join our team for the winter heating season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering bulk propane to residential and commercial customers throughout the winter season. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently and operating in unfavourable winter conditions, including snow, ice, and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a propane bulk delivery truck.
- Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers.
- Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all propane handling, transportation, and safety procedures.
- Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Perform daily truck and equipment inspections.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work area.
- Work flexible schedule as required during the busy winter heating season.




- Safely perform deliveries in challenging winter weather conditions.

Qualifications
- DZ driver's licence required.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Clean driver's abstract required.
- Propane delivery experience is an asset but training will be provided in-house.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in adverse winter conditions.
