Merrick Retail Services is an industry leader in developing custom Point-of-Sale (POS) displays and merchandise fixtures for our North American retail clients. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Project & Operations Coordinator to own jobs from intake to delivery — not just track them, but drive them. You’ll be the single point of accountability between design, production, and the warehouse. Responsibilities:Manage projects start to finish: create and review drawings, release jobs to production, track through completion Coordinate with the warehouse/assembly team on job status and priorities Prioritize and sequence jobs based on capacity and deadlines Issue quotes and purchase orders; maintain job records in our ERP system Build and maintain project tracking (status, timelines, deliverables)



Manage outbound shipping and freight for completed projects Monitor hardware inventory levels; process and stock recent orders on arrival Who you are:Comfortable reading and marking up technical/production drawings Organized enough to run multiple jobs simultaneously without dropping details Experience with ERP or job-tracking systems (or quick to learn) Warehouse/logistics exposure a plus, not required Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25-30 per hour, commensurate with experience Required:2+ years in a coordinator, operations, project support, or logistics/production role Benefits:Two weeks paid time off On-site parking Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00pm Work Remotely:No We thank all applicants for their interest in this position, however only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
