You will be embedded within high-performing, multidisciplinary teams acting as the single point of accountability for project delivery, integrating design and construction to achieve exceptional outcomes. and stakeholder requirementsDesign-Build Integration & CoordinationPartner with Design Build contractors, joint venture partners, consultants, and internal teams to ensure constructability and alignmentLead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and project controlsEnsure seamless integration between design development and construction executionProject Controls & Commercial PerformanceManage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, fee management, and margin optimizationOversee change management, contract administration, and commercial risk managementMonitor progress against key milestones and implement corrective actions as requiredCollaborate with stakeholders, GC estimators and design managers to deliver on commercial value engineering optionsRisk, Quality & SafetyProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (technical, commercial, and delivery)Ensure compliance with AECOM's quality management systems and safe work practicesLead project reviews and ensure audit-defensible documentationClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery excellenceLead coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), permitting bodies, and regulatory stakeholdersFacilitate effective communication across all project stakeholdersBusiness Development & GrowthSupport capture strategies, proposals, and client engagement activitiesContribute to strengthening AECOM's Design-Build presence across CanadaIdentify opportunities for repeat work and client expansionQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field + 8(eight)years of experience managing multiple projects of various types and complexities for transportation, defence, institutional, and light industrial clientsDemonstrated experience delivering Design-Build or alternative delivery projectsAbility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearancesSecurity Clearance RequirementsMust hold or be eligible to obtain: Reliability Status (minimum)Secret Clearance (required for many federal projects)Ability to comply with project-specific security protocols, including controlled site access and information handling requirementsPreferred QualificationsProfessional designation (P.Eng. or Architect)15+ years of progressive project management experience delivering building or infrastructure projectsPMP certification; DBIA certification or equivalent is an assetStrong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, contracts, and change managementProven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex project environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation,
