Job title:- Application Production SupportLocation:- Montreal, QC (Hybrid)Duration:- 12 MonthsMISSION AND OBJECTIVESProvide application and technical support to the critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications.Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, infrastructure integration.Follow Information security and adhere to governance framework for the applications in the platformParticipate in the application security related projects and manage the server obsolescence and vulnerabilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for production support of Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applicationsResponsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.Supporting Operations team for technical issuesParticipate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testingParticipate in technical projectsResponsible for coordinating and fulfilling projects support tasks, as well as providing status reportsProvide expertise on production constraints and setting readinessTransversal and FrameworkMaintain application and systems as per the Information Security guidelines.Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.Maintain monitoring,
