We’re hiring a Clinic Manager for "Hamilton Dental" in Hamilton, ON Hamilton Dental is part of our Passion Dental Clinics network and is rapidly expanding! Due to high patient volume, we are adding a Clinic Manager to partner alongside our current Clinic Manager. Together, you will co-lead the team, streamline daily operations, and share ownership in driving the success of a high-volume, patient-focused practice. If you thrive in quick-paced, high-energy environments and want to collaborate, lead, and make a real impact, this opportunity is built for you Role Details Position: Full-Time Clinic ManagerLocation: Hamilton, ONClinic: Hamilton Dental, 50 DUNDURN STREET S, #103Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; will need to be able towork evenings and weekends)Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually What You’ll Do You’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success: Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions Oversee billing, insurance processes,



and financial accuracy Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max) Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture What You Bring We’re looking for a true leader, not just a manager: 2+ years of dental clinic management experience 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams) Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systemsHigh energy, accountability, and a growth mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation Who We Are At Passion Dental Group, we believe great dentistry starts with great people.
