Seasonal Retail Sales Associate The Distillery District | Toronto

We’re a local fashion boutique in the heart of Toronto’s Distillery District, proudly part of the community for the past seven years.

We believe shopping should feel personal, inspiring, and fun — not transactional. We’re looking for a friendly, confident, fashion-loving person to join our team for the holiday season.

This is a seasonal position running from November through January, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and business needs.

If you love putting outfits together, connecting with people, and creating a great experience for customers, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you’ll help bring the boutique to life by:

- Helping customers discover pieces that fit their personal style
- Offering genuine styling advice and thoughtful recommendations
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
- Processing purchases and handling cash
- Keeping the boutique organized, polished, and inviting
- Pricing, tagging, and merchandising new products
- Refreshing displays and product presentation every two weeks
- Sharing ideas that help improve the customer experience and drive sales
- Supporting the team during our busy holiday season

Retail experience is required, and we’re happy to provide training on our products, brand, and way of doing things.

Experience

- Retail sales: 2 years required
- Customer service: 2 years required
- Cash handling: 1 year required
- French is not required

- Position: Seasonal Style Advisor / Retail Associate

- Possibility of Extension: The position may be extended beyond January based on performance and business needs

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Location: Distillery District, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4
- Work Location: In person
- Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to the Distillery District or plan to relocate before starting

Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour
