Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting key benefits to encourage purchases
- Upsell related items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and enhance product visibility
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly




- Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during busy periods
- Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and POS systems enhances your effectiveness in the role
- Experience with product demos or technical sales is advantageous, especially when explaining features of technology or complex products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked during high-volume periods
