Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dependable Seasonal Snow Removal Operators and Labourers to join our dynamic team during the winter months. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and accessible pathways, driveways, parking lots, and public areas by efficiently removing snow and ice. Duties

- Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Use hand tools and power tools for manual snow removal when necessary
- Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks including gardening, irrigation system adjustments, and horticultural upkeep during off-peak seasons
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal operation of tools and machinery
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working in outdoor winter conditions to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support construction or landscaping projects by handling materials, digging with excavators if trained,



and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of work completed, equipment used, and safety checks performed

Requirements

- Previous experience with construction, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Familiarity with excavators, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to operate snow removal machinery safely and efficiently during winter weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in cold temperatures for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to completing tasks promptly
- Basic understanding of horticulture or landscape maintenance practices is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating larger equipment or vehicles in office
