We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and preventing loss or theft through diligent observation and enforcement of security protocols. Duties

- Control access to the facility by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across key areas and identify potential security threats.
- Perform loss prevention measures by inspecting for suspicious behavior and ensuring adherence to security policies.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards.




- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure environment at all times.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in operating CCTV systems and monitoring multiple screens simultaneously.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for deterring theft and vandalism.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts, with excellent observational skills.
- Good communication skills for effectively reporting incidents and interacting with team members and visitors.
- Certification or training in security procedures or law enforcement is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary licenses if required by local regulations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
