Construction Site Security Guard

Jason’s Security Inc. is hiring reliable, professional Security Guards for construction-site assignments.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the construction site.
- Monitor entry and exit points, including workers, contractors, deliveries, and visitors.
- Verify identification, maintain visitor and vehicle logs, and control site access.
- Protect equipment, materials, tools, and property from theft, trespassing, vandalism, and damage.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity immediately.
- Complete detailed daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident reports.
- Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, unsafe conditions, and unauthorized entry.
- Maintain a visible, skilled presence and follow all site safety procedures.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.




- Valid First Aid & CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in construction-site security, mobile patrol, access control, or CCTV monitoring is an asset.
- Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including overnight shifts.
- Reliable transportation is preferred, especially for sites outside the GTA.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
