Bring clarity and insight to the financial information that guides strategic decisions across Earth & Environment. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will coordinate critical reporting, forecasts, budgets and executive deliverables while partnering with Finance Controllers and operational leaders to strengthen quality, consistency and timely decision-making.

Your Impact

- Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, review and delivery of monthly financial reporting, forecasts, annual budgets, management reports and executive-level presentations.
- Lead reporting requests that require input from multiple Finance team members, establishing clear ownership, timely follow-up and effective delivery.
- Partner with Finance Controllers and operational leadership to align inputs, timelines, expectations and consistency across deliverables.
- Prioritize competing requests from senior leadership and internal stakeholders based on urgency, business impact and available team capacity.
- Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities and areas requiring action.
- Interpret financial data and business metrics to identify trends, anomalies,



inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
- Review financial reports and presentations for accuracy, completeness, consistency and reasonableness, identifying unusual variances for investigation.
- Strengthen data integrity, reporting accuracy, IFRS compliance and internal controls, including 52-109 requirements.

The Skills That Set You Apart

- CPA designation and 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a professional services or matrixed workplace.
- Proven experience preparing, reviewing and coordinating management reporting packages, forecasts, budgets and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify errors, unusual trends and financial risks quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate deliverables across multiple contributors in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, professional judgment and ownership.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.




- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, combined with the ability to build effective working relationships across Finance and operations.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122900 - 162800

MB & ON: $112100 - 154400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111000 - 147400
