You'll split your time between handling counter/phone sales and quoting, and proactively visiting customers, job sites, and prospects to build new business and strengthen existing accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email — providing product recommendations, quotes, and order supportProactively call on existing and prospective customers (contractors, electricians, industrial accounts) to build relationships and grow salesMaintain solid product knowledge across electrical components, tools, and suppliesProcess orders accurately, including pricing, availability, and lead timesIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutionsFollow up on quotes,
