Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work!Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.Primary Scope Of RoleTALENT ACQUISITION & SOURCINGManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptanceProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, and other channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsSTAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesProvide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate selectionEnsure a positive and consistent candidate and hiring manager experienceRECRUITMENT OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCEUtilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reportingEnsure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion practicesContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and programsPosition Requirements3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, supporting full‐cycle hiring.Previous experience supporting recruitment in construction, manufacturing, or a similar project‐based industry is an asset.Proven experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and role types.Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, referrals,



and other talent channels.Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience is an asset.Solid understanding of employment legislation and equitable hiring practices.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‐paced environment.What We OfferExpected Base Salary: $30 - $38 per hour.
