Director of OperationsWe are looking for a Director of Operations to lead multi-site operations, drive performance, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring operational, financial, and service excellence across our portfolio.What You'll DoAs Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and hands‐on leadership across multiple accounts and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations, financial targets, and service standards while building robust, long‐term client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily operations across multiple client sites or contractsEnsure consistent delivery of high‐quality building automation controls systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision‐makersMonitor operational performance and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements are metOversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlReview monthly and weekly financial and operational reports to drive accountability and improvementsSupport Area Managers, Account Managers, and site leadership teams through coaching and developmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and profitabilityManage workforce planning, staffing models, and subcontractor/vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsPartner with sales and business development teams to support growth opportunities and new contract mobilizationAct as an escalation point for operational and client issues,
