FTE: Casual PROGRAM: Continuing Care Centre REPORTS TO: Nutrition Services Supervisor SUMMARY OF WORK: The Dietary Aide is responsible for serving meals according to individualized dietary requirements, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen environment. Setting up and clearing the dining tables before and after each meal. SKILLED & PERSONAL QUALITIES: Experience: 1 -3 years of dietary aide experience in a healthcare facility (Hospital, retirement home, long-term care setting), restaurant, or day care. Education: Minimum Grade 12 Diploma and/or Graduate of recognized Culinary Skills program.
