The mission of the Mobile Power Solutions business is to deliver smart, reliable, and efficient operation of high-power equipment, enabling customers to enjoy boating with confidence and ease. Our quiet, compact DC power technology enhances convenience and comfort, creating an intuitive ecosystem that seamlessly connects power generation, storage, and loads.As Engineering Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of marine power solutions. You will oversee, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and customer technical support staff, while driving innovation in electronic product development. Collaborating closely with the VP of Technology and Product Development, as well as the Product Management team, you will plan and manage program resources, budgets, and schedules across local and global initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with performance and safety standards. Product areas include fixed-mount power converters, lithium-ion battery integration, alternators, digital switching,
